Engineering Systems Inc (ESi) seeks a senior Civil & Structural consultant for Tampa/St. Petersburg, FL to lead forensic investigations, assess construction damage, and prepare expert reports and testimony.

The role requires a bachelor’s in construction management, 10+ years of experience, proficiency with Xactimate, strong project management, and occasional travel. You’ll mentor staff and contribute to business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
• 10+ years’ experience in construction cost estimating, building damage mitigation, large-scale investigations, project management, and technical report writing.

Responsibilities

• Authors high-quality technical reports.
• Testifies in court or provides depositions when requested.
• Establishes work plan, staffing, and budget for each project phase.
• Directs and coordinates project within schedule and budget.
• Mentors earlier-career employees; develops client base.
