Requires active CA licensure (LCSW/MFT/LPCC or PhD/PsyD), doctoral or master’s in a relevant field, and 8+ years of clinical experience plus 6+ in administration. The role emphasizes compliance, stakeholder engagement, and staff training.

Qualifications

• Doctoral or Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related behavioral health field.
• California licensure with BBS (LCSW, MFT, LPCC) or psychology license (Ph.D./PsyD).
• Minimum 8 years of clinical experience and 6 years in management/administration.
• Experience providing board-level supervision and CASOMB supervision (or eligible).
• Strong written and verbal communication; reliable and thorough work ethic.
• Proficiency in CBT and forensic treatment modalities; trauma-informed care.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all aspects of clinical service delivery for forensic populations.
• Maintain active clinical and supervision caseloads (30–50% clinical focus).
• Conduct clinical assessments, intakes, screenings, and evaluations.
• Ensure regulatory and ethical compliance (CASOMB, BBS/BOP, ATSA).
• Provide board-level supervision and mentorship to staff and trainees.
• Engage with referral sources, courts, probation/parole, and community partners.
• Contribute to program design, expansion, and quality improvement.
• Track clinic metrics and meet clinical/administrative objectives.
