Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Active California license as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Psychologist (PhD, PsyD).
• 3+ years post-licensure experience.
• 2+ years in forensic mental health or sex offender-specific treatment.
• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide 40%-50% direct clinical care including assessments, individual, and group therapy.
• Lead and supervise interdisciplinary clinical teams.
• Oversee documentation, audits, and compliance with CARF and CASOMB standards.
• Monitor staff productivity, quality, and clinical outcomes; provide supervision to associate-level clinicians.
• Participate in leadership meetings and community engagement.
• Support program development and operational performance.
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed.
• Provide court testimony when required.
