Qualifications

• B.S. Civil Engineering required; P.E. license required.
• 2–10+ years civil engineering experience; PM or field investigation preferred.
• Experience with residential and commercial structures; knowledge of site investigations.
• Ability to prepare scopes of work, budgets, schedules and client reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field investigations of residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
• Analyze causes of failures and prepare written reports and expert testimony as needed.
• Manage multiple projects and coordinate with clients and experts.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance on projects.
• Gather photographic evidence and document on‑site conditions.
• Maintain client relationships and provide clear communications.
