The position focuses on residential and commercial structures, performing forensic assessments, and delivering technical reports for insurance, legal, and industrial clients.

The ideal candidate has a B.S. in Civil Engineering, a Professional Engineer license, 2–10+ years of experience, and familiarity with field investigations and project

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) required.
• 2–10+ years of experience expected.
• Project management and field investigation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform investigations and analyses of residential, commercial, and industrial properties for claims and legal matters.
• Conduct field investigations to determine cause/origin of defects or failures.
• Prepare oral and written reports documenting causes, extent of loss, and remediation needs; provide expert testimony when needed.
• Manage multiple projects and coordinate with other experts to deliver client reports on time.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and supervise team members when required.
