Qualifications

• 15+ years in litigation support or related work with leadership experience
• CPA license and credentials such as CFE/CFF/CVA/CBA/ASA/ABV/CDFA preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required
• Expert witness experience with credible testimony highly valued
• Strong leadership, project management, and client advisory skills

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership across litigation support and forensic engagements from scoping to testimony
• Shape practice direction, identify market opportunities, and position the firm as a leader
• Develop and enforce best practices for engagement execution, documentation, and compliance
• Lead and mentor a growing team of forensic accountants and consultants
• Deliver expert opinions and testimony in court, arbitrations, and depositions
• Cultivate relationships with attorneys, law firms, and referral sources to grow originations
• Support business development through thought leadership and client engagement
