Sorren, a top 50 national advisory firm, seeks a senior leader in forensic accounting and litigation support to drive strategy and delivery across engagements. You will lead technical analyses, testify as an expert, mentor a growing team, and nurture long-standing client relationships in high-stakes matters.

This role requires CPA and extensive experience in forensic accounting, valuations, and damages, with a track record of credible testimony and firm leadership.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in litigation support with leadership exposure.
• CPA license and credentials (CFE/CFF/CVA/CBA/ASA/ABV/CDFA) preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required.
• Expertise in forensic accounting, business valuation, and damages methodologies.
• Proven lead expert witness experience in court and depositions.
• Strong management of complex investigations and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership across all phases of litigation support and forensic engagements.
• Shape strategy for practice area and position the firm as a leader in forensic services.
• Develop and enforce best practices for engagement execution and regulatory compliance.
• Represent the firm in complex client matters and high-stakes environments.
• Lead technical analyses and insure integrity, defensibility, and alignment with standards.
• Deliver expert opinions and testimony in court, arbitrations, and depositions.
• Mentor and develop a growing team of forensic accountants and consultants.
• Support business development and cross-service opportunities with other advisory teams.
• Maintain strong client relationships and manage engagement scope and timelines.
• Promote a culture of collaboration, ethics, and high-quality service.
