Qualifications

• 15+ years in litigation support or related work
• CPA license required; additional credentials preferred (CFE, CFF, CVA, CBA, ASA, ABV, CDFA)
• Expert witness experience and ability to testify in court/ deposition

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership across litigation support and forensic engagements
• Shape strategic direction of the practice area and market opportunities
• Develop and enforce engagement best practices and regulatory compliance
• Represent the firm in complex client matters with credibility
• Lead technical analyses including forensic reviews, valuations, damages, and financial modeling
• Deliver expert opinions and testimony in court, arbitrations, and depositions
• Provide objective analysis to legal counsel and support discovery motions
• Ensure all work products are well-documented and compliant with standards
• Cultivate relationships with attorneys and referral sources to grow originations
• Support business development with thought leadership content
• Collaborate with leadership to align litigation support with firm strategy
• Represent the firm at industry events and professional forums
• Meet annual billable hour and productivity targets
