Job summary

Sorren is seeking a senior leader in forensic accounting and litigation support to guide the practice, deliver expert analyses, and provide testimony where needed. You will mentor a growing team, shape service offerings, and partner with attorneys and clients to drive high-impact outcomes.

The role emphasizes ethical standards, client service, and cross-team collaboration across tax, assurance, and advisory services.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in litigation support or related work with 5+ years in a leadership capacity.
• CPA license and credentials: CFE, CFF, CVA, CBA, ASA, ABV, CDFA.
• Expert witness experience with credible testimony and courtroom delivery.
• Proven leadership of forensic teams and complex investigations.
• Excellent communication and client-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership across litigation support and forensic engagements.
• Shape strategic direction of the practice area and market opportunities.
• Develop and enforce best practices for engagement execution and compliance.
• Lead technical analyses including economic damages, valuations, and financial modeling.
• Deliver expert opinions and testimony in court, arbitrations, and depositions.
• Mentor and develop a growing team of forensic accountants and consultants.
• Promote a collaborative, ethical team culture and high-quality service.
• Support business development and cross-service opportunities.
