Optiline Enterprises in Tallahassee, FL is seeking a Foreman to lead field crews on commercial and residential drywall and metal framing projects. You will ensure quality workmanship, safety, and on-time delivery while coordinating with Project Managers and other trades.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a supervisory role, strong blueprint reading skills, and a track record of guiding 5–20+ crew members. OSHA knowledge and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Minimum 2 years in a Foreman, Crew Lead, or supervisory role.
• Experience leading crews of 5–20+ employees.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and construction best practices.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work full-time in active construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead drywall and metal framing crews on commercial and residential construction projects.
• Read specs and schedule daily manpower, materials, and workflow to meet project timelines.
• Monitor productivity and proactively address obstacles that may impact completion.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, General Contractors, and other trades to maintain momentum.
• Inspect work to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety policies.
