EXPANSIA is seeking a Senior Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Analyst/Management Analyst to support Case Managers, Program Managers, and Team Leads across FMS programs. The role involves independent analysis of FMS casework, coordinating actions with the Security Cooperation team, and ensuring compliance with ITAR and DoD guidance.

The position requires a Master’s degree and 10+ years of related experience, with alternatives if degree criteria are met. Active Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required with 10+ years of FMS-related experience.
• Experience with FMS casework and security cooperation activities.
• Ability to work independently on high-visibility or mission-critical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support analysis and management of FMS casework and program activities.

• Independently analyze case information and provide recommendations for program execution.
