Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–10 years of FMS analysis/management experience required.
• In lieu of a bachelor’s, an associate’s with two extra years or a high school diploma with four extra years may be substituted.
• Ability to work independently and understand FMS laws, regulations, and policy guidance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and manage all aspects of FMS casework.
• Assist Case Managers, Program Managers, and Team Leads in coordinating FMS program activities.
• Review case information to support program execution and decisions.
• Coordinate with Security Cooperation team members on assigned FMS programs.
• Ensure compliance with Arms Export Control Act, SAMM, ITAR and DoD policy guidance.
