Rocket Mortgage is seeking a Senior Foreclosure Timeline Specialist to join our mortgage servicing team in Lake Forest, CA. You will manage the advanced default pipeline, collaborate with law firms and title companies, and drive timely resolution of foreclosure-related tasks.

You will work with cross-functional partners, analyze loan-level details, and ensure compliance with CFPB and investor guidelines while maintaining strong production and quality metrics in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Mortgage Servicing/Default experience in related portfolios.
• Proficient with mortgage servicing software and data systems.
• Thorough knowledge of federal/state mortgage servicing regulations (CFPB).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with law firms and title companies to gather documents.
• Access ICE/Desktop, Filenet, and other systems to obtain required files.
• Communicate updates clearly with clients, attorneys and team members.
• Support loan-level research, bidding, document creation and issue resolution.
• Maintain production and quality metrics while following investor guidelines.
• Identify patterns and opportunities to improve processes.
