Job summary

Rocket Mortgage is seeking an Executive Loan Officer in the United States (California) to guide clients through the mortgage process, from application to closing, and to build a robust network of referral sources. You will analyze client financials to match the right loan product and stay updated on product offerings and guidelines.

You will represent the Rocket brand at events, cultivate relationships with real estate and financial professionals, and drive lead flow and revenue for the branch.

Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage loan origination.
• State and federal licenses.
• Proven track record obtaining referrals and generating lead volume.
• Professional communication, time management, results driven, teamwork and critical/strategic thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients through the loan process from application to closing including resolving any client concerns.
• Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, investment advisors, accountants, other professionals, friends, family and closed clients to market Rocket Mortgage and help homebuyers obtain financing.
• Consult with clients and analyze their financial situations to determine the appropriate loan product.
• Evaluate client financial status and documents to ensure qualification for financing.
• Cultivate relationships with mortgage referral sources and market the value of working with Rocket Mortgage.
• Advise and educate clients on the home-buying or refinance process and how to better manage their mortgage.
