Elgen Staffing seeks a Senior Attorney – Associate to join a prestigious national law firm in Washington. The attorney will manage judicial and non-judicial foreclosure actions, handling cases from inception to completion and advising clients on strategies.

The role requires 5–10 years of practice, a JD, and admission in WA/OR. Excellent communication, caseload management, and multi-tasking are essential. Competitive benefits and remote equipment are provided where applicable.

Qualifications

• Five to ten years of legal practice experience, preferably litigation, real estate or mortgage law.
• Admission to practice in Oregon and/or Washington.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases from inception to completion
• Prepare analysis of case and advise client regarding strategies
• Draft court pleadings, defense of motions
• Attend court hearings, both telephonic and in person
• Other duties and special projects as needed
