Senior Litigation Attorney - Foreclosure/Litigation is a full-time role in California for a seasoned attorney to join a national law firm serving financial institutions. The position is remote and focuses on foreclosure trustee litigation, with responsibility to manage cases from inception to completion.

Requirements include a Juris Doctor, CA license, 3–5 years litigation experience, strong written and verbal communication, and proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Juris Doctor from accredited law school
• Three to Five years of experience in the practice of law, preferably litigation, real estate or mortgage law
• Admission to practice law in the state of California
• Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook

Responsibilities

• Manage cases from inception to completion
• Prepare analysis of case and advise client regarding strategies
• Draft court pleadings, defense of motions
• Attend court hearings, both telephonic and in person
• Other duties and special projects as needed
