Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient at developing innovative solutions to complex problems.
• Strong discipline and drive, with a track record of meeting deadlines and achieving results.
• Ability to manage assigned workstreams and deliver high-quality outputs with limited supervision.
• Ability to construct, maintain and review a financial model.
• Ability to work with unstructured, imperfect or incomplete data.
• Comfortable collaborating in a fully remote environment across different time zones.
• Written and verbal communication skills for presenting to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly expense reviews with variance analysis and communicate actionable insights to business partners.
• Support forecasting and planning for assigned areas to align with financial targets.
• Own key sections of the annual operating plan cycle and deliver high-quality outputs.
• Partner with functional leaders to support decision-making and assess risks and opportunities.
• Independently manage projects and workstreams from end to end within scope.
• Develop and enhance financial models to support forecasting and planning.
• Analyze large, unstructured datasets to identify trends impacting performance.
• Improve management reporting for timely, accurate, decision-useful outputs.
• Identify and implement process improvements across finance workflows.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to enhance analysis and efficiency.
• Other duties as assigned.
