Job summary

Fractal Analytics is seeking a highly analytical Demand Planner to forecast and plan demand across consumer products and channels. You will analyze sales, Sell-In, and Sell-Through, monitor inventory, and work with Sales, Marketing, Supply Planning, Channel Ops, Finance, and Analytics to reflect market intelligence in the demand plan.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in demand or supply planning, analytics, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, Economics, Analytics, or related discipline.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Experience analyzing sales, demand, inventory or operational data.
• Strong Excel proficiency.
• Familiarity with forecasting and basic statistics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts across products, markets, customers, and sales channels.
• Track forecast accuracy and identify root causes of misses.
• Support launches and lifecycle planning for new and existing products.
• Prepare data and analyses for S&OP processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Channel Ops, Finance, and Analytics to align forecasts.
• Create dashboards and reports to communicate forecast insights.
