Job summary

Mattel is seeking a Sales & Planning Analysis Senior Analyst in El Segundo to lead replenishment and planning for Walmart. You will partner with the commercial team to manage store level inventory, write and analyze orders, and ensure on-shelf availability.

You will own in-stock metrics, drive weekly shipping plans, and coordinate with the Hong Kong team to support direct import and seasonal demand. This role demands strong analytics and cross-functional communication.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office; Excel Power User.
• Direct replenishment experience planning in a highly seasonal environment with long lead times.
• Experience in analyzing large data sets and turning data into actionable reports.
• 3+ years of experience in sales analysis or merchandise planning.

Responsibilities

• Own store in-stock metrics and optimize fill rate through the order process.
• Lead direct import and Asia-based replenishment coordination.
• Drive weekly shipping plans by item and channel to support POS and in-store availability.
• Collaborate with sales, analysts, and buying teams on in-season execution and promotions.
• Provide data-driven recommendations and action plans from meetings to leadership.
