Job summary

Sanofi seeks an Associate Director, Forecasting Systemic Mastocytosis (SM) to lead forecasting for AYVAKIT and future SM products, partnering with Finance, Market Access, Digital/IT, Launch Excellence to deliver accurate short- and long-range forecasts for Cambridge, MA or Morristown, NJ.

You will work with Insights & Analytics, provide monthly updates to Commercial leadership, and coach junior staff in Sanofi processes to enable informed, timely business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 3+ years in pharma analytics, forecasting, or market research.
• Strong business acumen with communication skills.
• Knowledge of IQVIA and payer/insurance data environments.
• Excellent project management in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate patient/volume/revenue forecasts for cycles.
• Coordinate with Finance and forecasters for harmonization.
• Provide end-of-month analyses on price, volume, and demand.
• Update Commercial leadership on forecast outlook monthly.
• Enhance models to reflect brand strategy and segmentation.
• Collaborate on market research for forecast inputs.
• Integrate GTN and payer analyses with forecasts.
• Work with Global forecasting to align US forecasts.
• Coach junior team members on Sanofi processes.
