Job summary

Sanofi Inc. in the US seeks an Associate Director, Brand Analytics to lead reporting and insights for Systemic Mastocytosis, partnering with US Commercial leadership and cross-functional teams.

You will leverage primary and secondary datasets, including specialty pharmacy and national data, to deliver performance insights and identify opportunities for AYVAKIT and SM programs. Based in Cambridge, MA or Morristown, NJ, this role reports to the Director, Insights & Analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS, MD, PhD) preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical/biotech analytics experience.
• Strong business acumen with excellent communication & presentation skills.
• Proficiency with data management & analysis platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, etc.).
• Experience with specialty pharmacy/patient services data and national sales/demand data.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic partner and SME for brand leadership in key Commercial activities/workstreams.
• Develop and measure KPIs aligned with brand strategy and tactics.
• Lead development and maintenance of KPI reports for Marketing, Sales, PSS, and Market Access.
• Synthesize brand performance metrics into a cohesive narrative for Commercial leadership.
• Drive dynamic performance dashboards to enable agile decision-making.
• Support launches through segmentation and targeting leadership.
• Collaborate with Advanced Analytics on AI/ML applications for business levers.
• Coordinate with Data Management to ensure insights are contextually grounded.
