Job summary

Sanofi is seeking an Associate Director of Forecasting for Systemic Mastocytosis (SM) based in Cambridge, MA or Morristown, NJ. You will lead forecasting activities for AYVAKIT and future SM products, partnering with Finance, Market Access, and Commercial teams to deliver accurate short- and long-range forecasts and strategic insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS, MD, PhD) preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in pharma analytics, forecasting, and/or market research.
• Strong business acumen and communication skills.
• Knowledge of pharma data sources (IQVIA, syndicated reports) and payer environment.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to work in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate accurate forecasts for annual planning, bi-annual updates, and monthly rolling forecasts.
• Coordinate with Finance and forecasters to harmonize forecasts across assets.
• Provide end-of-month analyses on price, volume, and demand.
• Update Commercial leadership on performance and forecast outlook.
• Collaborate with Market Research on studies to inform forecast inputs; model enhancements with GTN assumptions.
