Job summary

RELEX Solutions is seeking a Product Engineer in the Eastern US to help reinvent forecasting models. You will own end-to-end plugin-based forecasting, from feature engineering to production rollout, collaborating across customer environments.

You will apply AI tools to push capabilities and operate autonomously in a distributed team. We value English fluency, willingness to travel for customer work, and experience shipping modelling solutions for retail or supply chain contexts.

Qualifications

• Applied or theoretical understanding of modern forecasting and modelling methods.
• Proven track record of independently owning ML or modelling work end to end.
• Comfort with agentic AI tools and problem-solving beyond manual coding.
• Ability to work with ambiguity and without fixed processes.
• Strong communication with customers and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and improve plugin-based forecasting models end to end.
• Take forecasting problems from business need to production-ready models.
• Work across multiple customer environments and generalize solutions.
• Leverage AI tools as a core part of model development.
• Operate with autonomy in a distributed team with no fixed playbook.
