Job summary

RELEX Solutions is seeking experienced Product Engineers to join our Supply Chain product teams in Austin, TX. You will own requirements from discovery through production, ensuring each release solves real customer problems and aligns with business strategy.

You will iteratively improve deployed products, gather structured customer feedback, and translate usage data into roadmap priorities, while acting as an industry and product expert in customer-facing settings.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of customers' day-to-day work, goals, and pain points across a product area.
• Ability to push back on stated customer needs when evidence points to a different solution.
• Experience designing data/AI/UX/system integration solutions.
• Strong software engineering and DevOps skills using established frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own requirements end-to-end for your product area, from discovery through UAT and QA.
• Own deployed product and iterate quickly: manage releases and gather feedback.
• Translate customer needs and usage data into team priorities with PM/EM alignment.
• Advocate as industry/product expert in customer-facing settings and support sales scoping.
• Ensure solutions meet customer expectations through ongoing quality gates.
