Job summary

RELEX Solutions in the United States is seeking experienced Product Engineers to join our Supply Chain product teams. You will own end-to-end requirements, drive releases, and translate customer needs into prioritized work while collaborating with an international team.

As a product expert, you will push back when evidence suggests a different solution and support sales through scoping and feasibility assessments. You will ensure quality through gates and continuously improve the product.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of customers' day-to-day work, goals, and pain points across a product area.
• Ability to push back on requirements when evidence points elsewhere.
• Experience designing data/AI/ML/UX solutions and system integration.
• Strong software engineering and DevOps capabilities within existing frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own requirements end-to-end for your product area, from discovery through UAT and quality assurance.
• Own your deployed product and iterate fast: manage releases and feedback loops.
• Translate customer needs and usage data into team priorities and roadmap alignment.
• Act as an industry/product expert in customer-facing settings and support sales scoping.
• Validate that solutions meet customer expectations through quality gates.
