Job summary

Arthrex, Inc. in Naples, FL is seeking a District Sales Manager for Surgical Video, Integration, Resection & Power to lead Imaging & Resection sales in Collier and Lee Counties, including Naples and Fort Myers.

You will develop district strategy, coach sales reps, and drive revenue growth with Synergy Imaging and NanoScope technologies. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in orthopedic medical device sales, strong presentation and relationship-building skills, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of orthopedic medical device sales experience.
• Arthroscopy and/or endoscopy experience required.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute district Imaging & Resection business strategy.
• Drive revenue growth, market share, and quota attainment across capital and disposable portfolios.
• Lead training and development of district sales representatives on imaging and resection products.
