Job summary

Diodignal Dairy Queen is seeking a Senior Food Technologist, R&D Data Analyst, to lead data governance and analytics from our Bloomington, MN headquarters. You will transform complex data into actionable insights supporting QA, regulatory compliance, and product development.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with FSQR, Product Development, Supply Chain, IT, and operations to build scalable reporting, dashboards, and executive summaries that improve decision making and food safety performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in food science, data analytics, statistics, information systems, quality assurance, supply chain, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in analytics, food safety, or regulatory disciplines.
• Experience with restaurant, food service, or supply chain environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead data governance, establish data standards, and ensure data quality across R&D data assets.
• Develop AI-assisted tools, dashboards, and automated reports for executive insights.
• Analyze sensory, regulatory, supplier, and product data to drive improvements.
