Job summary
Land O'Lakes Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Scientist in Arden Hills, MN to design and build advanced analytic solutions for the Dairy Foods unit. You will partner with business and IT to translate requirements into models that drive revenue, cut costs, and optimize outcomes.
You will guide analysts, deploy models using modern platforms, and communicate technical results to non-technical partners across the organization. This is a full-time, on-site role with no relocation provided.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Business Analytics, Mathematics or related discipline.
- 5+ years designing and developing analytics solutions.
- 3+ years in statistical programming (Python, R, SAS, SPSS).
- Experience with SQL and cloud storage/compute.
- Ability to translate business requirements to technical specs.
