Job summary

UCI Health is seeking a Senior Food Service Associate to join its Food Services team in Orange. The role covers meal assembly, service and delivery, catering, dishwashing, sanitation and safety, and assisting in training new Food Service Workers.

Reporting to the Food Services Manager, you may work variable shifts including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays, with responsibilities that ensure efficient food service operations in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years prior skilled food preparation/service experience
• Knowledge and practice of kitchen sanitary control techniques
• Ability to read, write and follow oral and written instructions in English
