Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related scientific field preferred.
• 5-7 years leading Quality/Food Safety teams in a fast-paced distribution environment.
• GFSI (SQF, BRC, FSSC 22000, IFS) certifications strongly preferred.
• Proven leadership to coach, develop associates and drive safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HACCP and QA/QC-Food Safety programs across sites.
• Lead audits by third parties and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain documentation and record-keeping for quality systems.
• Provide technical leadership to distribution facilities and teams.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
