Job summary

Griffith Foods Inc. in Lithonia, GA is seeking an FSQS Manager to lead a 9+5 person quality and sanitation team, ensuring safe, wholesome and compliant products. You will drive HACCP, quality systems, and continuous improvement while reporting to Plant Management.

The role requires onsite work five days weekly, travel up to 10% across the US, and a bonus potential of about 12%. A strong background in food safety and a related Bachelor's degree is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in plant food safety and quality.
• Experience leading a team of Quality & Sanitation staff.
• onsite 5 days a week in Lithonia, GA.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop 4 direct reports at Lithonia facility.
• Oversee analysis, inspection, design, test and integration for food safety and quality.
• Maintain HACCP and Food Safety plan and lead HACCP Team.
• Present technical information to management and drive continuous improvement.
