Job summary

Qualifications

• Five+ years in food safety or QA in distribution, processing, or foodservice.
• Minimum five years of staff management experience.
• Knowledge of food microbiology, chemistry, biology, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and execute the food safety preventive controls program across distribution and produce sites.
• Support KPI establishment, monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement with QA/Operations leaders.
• Oversee internal audits and drive corrective actions with regional directors and facility leaders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure program adoption across Sysco locations.
• Recruit, coach, and evaluate Food Safety Program Managers at manufacturing locations.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, customers, and regulators.
