Barcel USA LLC is seeking a Sr. Production Operator to oversee safe, efficient operation of processing equipment in a high-volume food manufacturing setting in Coppell, TX.

You will mentor junior operators, ensure quality and regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement across shifts. The role requires 3+ years in snack production or related food manufacturing, hands-on experience with ovens, fryers, and mixers, and a strong focus on GMP/HACCP/FDA standards.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in food manufacturing or snack production.
• Proficient with GMP, HACCP, and FDA food safety standards.
• Ability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Ensure safe, compliant operation of production equipment per SOPs.
