Job summary

The role delivers multi-year CI savings, leading or supporting projects in recipe changes, ingredient updates, and technology applications, with travel up to 50%. You will collaborate with Marketing, Quality, Regulatory, R&D, and Operations, develop experimental formulations, and guide manufacturing trials from concept through to implementation.

Qualifications

• The candidate must have 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Biological/Food/Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Preference for Process Engineer with some Process Controls experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute process and product optimization projects of varying importance and scope.
• Develop initial process and product specifications, formulations, scope of work and schedule.
• Coordinate manufacturing trials, sensory testing and supplier evaluations.
• Provide project management and cross-functional collaboration across departments.
• Drive cost, quality, and sustainability improvements through data-driven analysis.
