Job summary

Dennis Group is seeking a Senior Construction Program Manager to lead strategic planning, execution, and delivery of large food and beverage industrial projects. The role oversees onsite construction managers and ensures projects meet time, budget, and quality targets while maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities include steering client communications, budget oversight, and coordinating with project teams across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction science, building science, construction engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of progressively responsible site experience on industrial buildings (prefer food & beverage).
• 15+ years of experience with subcontractors and driving project schedules.
• Strong ability to read/interprete construction docs and schedules (MS Project).
• Travel up to 100% and work 10 days onsite, 4 days off.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct site-based construction managers and field staff from conception to completion.
• Review project scope, budget, and schedule with project team and client.
• Maintain proactive communication of progress, issues, and updates to clients.
• Develop and update project reports and construct construction controls.
• Manage change orders, invoicing, and coordination with inspectors and vendors.
• Foster strong client relationships and drive value throughout the project lifecycle.
