Job summary

Misfits Market is seeking a Senior Operations Manager for our food-based Fulfillment Center in the United States. You will oversee Receiving, Inventory, Maintenance, QC, and Prep, guiding managers and supervisors while driving safety, quality, and efficiency.

You will lead continuous improvement, ensure SQF compliance, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize throughput and on-time delivery. Strong leadership and strategic planning are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large cross-functional warehouse teams.
• Familiarity with SQF or equivalent food safety standards.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement and manage change.
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
• Proven track record of meeting safety, quality, and productivity targets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a Safety-First culture in the Fulfillment Center and meet EH&S metrics.
• Serve as SQF Practitioner and core member of Food Safety Team.
• Maintain SQF system integrity and audit readiness.
• Directly manage and develop managers and supervisors across non-production areas.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, KPIs, and operating reports.
• Lead cross-functional teams to meet or exceed goals and drive collaboration.
