Misfits Market, Inc. is looking for a Quality Engineer Manager to oversee quality strategy in the Fulfillment Center. In this role, you will manage the FSQA Supervisor, lead improvement projects, and ensure compliance with regulations to maintain high-quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a background in Engineering or a related field, strong data analysis skills, and experience in a food production environment. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Process Engineering role.
• Familiarity with FDA, USDA, FSMA regulations, HACCP Certified.
• Ability to spend 50% of time in cold environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor the Food Safety & Quality Assurance Supervisor.
• Lead site investigations into errors and customer complaints.
• Own development and deployment of Standard Operating Procedures.
