Job summary

CSG Talent seeks an experienced Senior Distribution Supervisor/Assistant Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our southwest Missouri distribution facility. This on-site, day-shift role focuses on people development, operational performance, and compliance, with relocation options for future opportunities within the U.S.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of leadership in a large warehouse, distribution center or manufacturing environment, preferably food-related.
• Experience leading frontline teams and developing supervisors.
• Strong understanding of shipping, receiving, inventory and material flow.
• Experience using KPIs, root-cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to relocate within the U.S. in the future and travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, develop and performance-manage hourly employees and frontline leaders.
• Coordinate daily shipping, receiving, warehouse and distribution activities to maximize productivity and service levels.
• Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities to improve throughput, service, quality and cost.
• Establish, monitor and report distribution KPIs and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure SOPs and processes are consistently followed and support safety, quality and compliance.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost, quality, service and safety.
• Support capital projects and annual planning; manage relationships with external providers.
