Strong leadership and budget skills are essential. The position requires a hospitality background with 3+ years in F&B management, and flexibility to work weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in food and beverage management in hotel/resort setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and control costs.
• Proficient in menu planning and development.
• Understanding of inventory management and ordering procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.

• Overseeing recruitment, staff scheduling and ongoing training to ensure smooth daily operations and consistent service
• Facilitating superior guest experiences, including addressing customer complaints
• Managing all food and beverage operations
