Qualifications

• 5+ years of Food and Beverage manager or leadership experience.
• Experience in hospitality operations and staff training.
• Strong leadership and cost-control capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all food and beverage outlets, service standards, and guest satisfaction.
• Develop schedules and departmental budgets; monitor labor and costs.
• Collaborate with kitchen leadership to ensure quality, timing, and cost control.
• Assist in recruitment, training, and performance management of F&B staff.
• Lead cost analysis, inventory management, and vendor relationships.
