Job summary

The Dunes of Naples, part of Troon, is seeking a driven Food & Beverage Manager in Naples, FL. You will oversee all F&B operations, drive guest satisfaction, manage staffing, budgeting, and vendor relationships in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Lead and develop a team of managers and staff, ensure food quality, cost controls, and adherence to Troon standards, while fostering a culture of service excellence across outlets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Food and Beverage manager or leadership experience.
• Field related education or one or more years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assists in managing and overseeing all food and beverage facets including operations, service leadership, inventory, and cost controls.
• Develops schedules for all food and beverage departments according to budget and forecast.
• Assist in budget development and cost analysis; manage department labor and cost of goods.
