Qualifications

• 5+ years of Food & Beverage manager or leadership experience.
• Field related education or 1+ year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all food & beverage operations including service, training, and cost controls.
• Develop schedules for all F&B departments according to budget and forecast.
• Manage beverage program, pour cost, and pricing; coordinate with kitchen for quality and timing.
• Lead interviews, training, and performance reviews; address issues and provide feedback.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and service standards; monitor guest satisfaction.
