Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Dedicate 51% of each day to management and supervisory duties.
• Interact with members/guests to ensure quality and standard.
• Supervise inventories and maintain par levels.
• Coordinate menu planning with the Chef.
• Develop and train associates; interview and discipline as needed.
• Ensure sanitation standards and safety compliance.
