Job summary

Esplanade at Skye Ranch in Sarasota, FL seeks a Senior Food & Beverage Manager to lead daily F&B operations, guest satisfaction, menu design, and vendor relations within Troon’s hospitality-focused property group.

The role requires strong leadership, staff development, cost control, inventory management, and ensuring sanitation and safety standards, with a compensation of $85,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED, with 1–2 years of related experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and staff development abilities.
• Experience in food and beverage operations and catering.
• Knowledge of inventory control and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily F&B operations and guest satisfaction.
• Manage staff including interviewing, hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Develop menu design, pricing, and inventory controls.
• Monitor sanitation and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with Chef on menus and vendor relationships.
• Maintain equipment and oversee budget and reporting.
