Qualifications

High school diploma or GED (or equivalent) and related experience.
Experience in food & beverage management or hospitality preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to manage inventory, budgets, and supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily food & beverage operations and staff.
Lead recruitment, training, and performance management.
Monitor inventory, costs, and menu design with Chef collaboration.
Ensure sanitation and safety standards across all F&B outlets.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
