Job summary

Premier Resources Group (PRG) seeks an experienced Design Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary design coordination and delivery for complex Food & Beverage Design-Build projects in Gainesville, GA.

You will oversee the design process from development through preconstruction into construction, coordinating architects, engineers, and external consultants to align with client goals, budgets, and schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of A/E building design and construction experience.
• 5+ years of Design-Build project delivery experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary architectural and engineering design teams.
• Experience coordinating design integration through the start of construction.
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement based in Gainesville, Georgia.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to project and client locations.
• Ability to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams through the Design-Build project lifecycle.
• Manage internal and external design resources for integrated design packages.
• Serve as primary coordination point between owners, architects, engineers, preconstruction, construction.
• Establish clear design objectives aligned with client expectations and construction requirements.
• Monitor design progress to ensure budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
• Manage the flow of technical information between design and construction teams.
• Identify design conflicts and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Establish decision-making and communication expectations among stakeholders.
• Ensure design deliverables support construction execution.
• Provide leadership across multiple concurrent projects.
