Job summary

MG2 Design in Seattle seeks an Architectural Project Manager for Food & Beverage to lead multi-phase projects from contract through construction administration. You will manage schedules, budgets, and client relationships while ensuring design excellence and contract compliance.

Strong leadership and Revit/AutoCAD proficiency are required. This role focuses on delivering fast-moving retail and F&B projects within MG2’s Consumer Experiences market, coordinating teams, and driving project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in a professional architecture or design firm.
• Programmatic/rollout Food & Beverage experience preferred.
• Certification as a licensed professional preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams through all phases of milestone-based project delivery.
• Basic knowledge of architectural contracts and contract execution procedures.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Experience using collaboration software such as Bluebeam, Miro, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage project teams through all project phases, ensuring deliverables align with contract, schedule, and budget.
• Ensure required contracts are in place before execution of contract deliverables.
• Create and maintain milestone-based project schedules and staffing workplans.
• Develop detailed Project Charters including a QA/QC plan for all project work.
• Assist with development of proposals and RFP responses.
• Monitor project financial status and perform interim reviews with leads.
• Review monthly invoicing and consultant billing.
• Produce weekly project updates and communicate with stakeholders.
• Lead internal and external project team meetings.
• Oversee Construction Administration including RFI/Submittal logs and OAC attendance.
• Review site visit reports and punch lists before issuance.
• Host debrief meetings post-construction to improve service.
