ARCO Design/Build seeks a construction Project Manager with 3–5 years of design/build experience in the Food Processing/Manufacturing & Beverage Industry to grow our northeast sector. You will drive project performance from concept through completion, owning profit and success for each assignment.

The role requires leading the design process, coordinating with owners and professionals, and delivering complete, client-focused designs on schedule.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3-5 years of project management experience in the Food Processing/Manufacturing & Beverage Industry.
• Ability to organize, plan and manage multiple activities to accomplish results.
• Procore, Bluebeam, Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Project proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee project performance, estimates, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, and safety.
• Coordinate design with owners and design professionals; review drawings and permits.
• Lead the design team to deliver client-focused design on schedule and within budget.
• Prepare accurate estimates and support value engineering discussions with the owner.
• Conduct bi-weekly job-site meetings and coordinate with the superintendent on safety and schedule.
