Job Description

Responsible for the daily operations of all food outlets, ensuring full compliance with company standards, policies, procedures, and all federal, state, and local liquor, health, and safety regulations.

1. Manage personnel matters including interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, evaluating, promoting, counseling, and discharging. Oversee outlet managers and supervisors in their daily responsibilities and strategies.
2. Ensure prompt and courteous customer service; resolve guest complaints timely and appropriately.
3. Initiate projects to improve productivity or efficiency for front or back of house staff.
4. Assist the Vice President with budget goals and monitor financial aspects of the department.
5. Represent the Food and Beverage Department in internal and external employee-related matters.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Three (3) years of restaurant management experience required; multi-outlet experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift/maneuver up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary licenses and certifications.
