Job summary

Pinterest is seeking a Sr. Industry Manager to define, launch, and lead strategic outcomes for our food advertisers. You will partner with brands and agencies to drive measurable business growth and align cross-functional teams across product, sales, and marketing.

You should have 10+ years in Advertising/Media Sales, 3+ years in management, and a deep network with US Food advertisers. This is a hybrid role with in-office requirements near New York or Chicago.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Advertising, Digital, or Media Sales with client leadership experience.
• 3+ years managing a world-class sales team with revenue responsibility.
• Strong network with Food advertisers in the US and expertise in brand/performance ads.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales strategy and execution for the Food vertical with partner alignment.
• Build and nurture C-level relationships across advertisers and agencies.
• Deliver and communicate key metrics to senior leadership on client partnerships.
• Build, train and motivate a high-performing sales team with inclusive culture.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales ops, and marketing.
